The Sacramento Delta is one of the richest agricultural areas in the world. It’s also a major resting point for migratory waterfowl on the Pacific Flyway. You’d think that some of the most creative people in tech could come up with a concept more appropriate to this place. Or maybe it just shouldn’t be developed.
