In my community, there’s a thriving social scene on the pickleball courts, but you have to drive miles to a remote park to get there. What if cities brought pickleball courts downtown or near them? This might be as good as a library in generating face-to-face social contact. And it’s cheap and doesn’t take a lot of land to do!
