Business Street principal Rod Stevens has planned and financed large-scale projects costing tens and even hundreds of millions of dollars, and turned around those which have failed.  From work on so many projects in so many places, Rod has built up a national network of specialists in design, transportation, public finance, and law.  Rod is highly analytical, but what really sets him apart is his ability to communicate. When Rod speaks or writes, his messages stick.

Rod has an undergraduate degree in history from Stanford and an MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business, where he was a Tuck Scholar. He started his career doing dozens of marketing and financial feasibility studies for an international consulting firm, before moving into real estate investment, project management and revitalization strategy.  He lives five miles west of Seattle on Bainbridge Island, is married with two school-aged children, and swims daily with a coached masters team.
